Our working relationship is best conceived as a coaching relationship (although it contains many elements of the therapeutic relationship), in that it is primarily future-oriented, focused on achieving specific goals, and personal development. This work should not be considered a medicalized form of therapy. Because of this framework I am able to work with clients out of state and internationally.

I do not accept insurance or provide insurance companies with reimbursement information. For lower income clients, I have a limited number of sliding scale opportunities, please do not hesitate to ask. Cash, Check, Zelle, or Venmo accepted.

Organic Intelligence/Somatic Experiencing sessions can be held either via Telehealth or in-person at my office in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy sessions are in-person only, at least for the first 5 sessions, after which the Telehealth option can be negotiated.
